1. I was in high school when Nine Inch Nails released Pretty Hate Machine.

Never did I think the band would be as successful and as acclaimed as they have become. Nobody would have guessed that Reznor and Ross would become Academy Award winners or that one of their songs would serve as a final career highlight/retrospective for Johnny Cash. Life leads us all down unexpected paths.
