So just for fun on Facebook
I use Facebook as a way to be in touch with family and friends. I ignore the ads as best I can, and read a couple of blogs, like Charlie Pierce's at Esquire.
One of my FB friends is a guy I knew back in the day in high school. Looking over his page, though, it's obvious he's a big Trump supporter. Fine. To each his own. I don't post to him, he doesn't post to me, so it's no skin off my nose. Just for fun, I clicked through to look at his feed in the last couple of weeks.
Before the election, his feed is chock full of Hunter Biden, the Trump Train, how great Trump is and all his accomplishments, some Lou Dobbs nonsense about fake IDs from China being seized at the border and ports of entry. Standard issue lunacy, and that's why he and I don't talk.
Since the election, it's all "If you win, don't gloat, if you lose, don't despair." Advice that I'm sure pre-election he was totally prepared to follow if his hero had beaten Biden.
