Scam or no?

This showed up in my email, purporting to be from Paypal. Something about it doesn't look right to me.
What say you -- real or fake?

1. scam. just log into paypal yourself and expect youll see nothing. delete that crap.

I have received similar emails purporting to be Amazon. If you hover over the sender's email address, you will see that it is a very strange looking string of letters.

There is no intl-paypal on none of my Paypal messages
