What random act of kindness have you witnessed? I was going for a walk tonight.

A guy was walking by a dumpster with a bag of strawberries. He saw a squirrel. He stopped. Put several strawberries on the rim of the dumpster and kept walking. Inspired me to do the same with strawberries I had in my fridge.

1. Hell, the critters just eat them out of our strawberry patch.

And the birds poop them back out onto the cars.

2. I know. As I was laying out my strawberries on the grass I was thinking I'm just encouraging vermin.

But I did it anyhow.

4. We had some to spare this year. We got at LEAST ten quarts out of a 10'x10' bed.

3. I try to do a act of kindness when I go out, even if it is small.

It seems to surprise people when you do it.

The last act of kindness I saw was at the grocery store.

The old gentleman was trying to lift a large bag of dog food into his car.

A young woman came along and helped him.
