Short follow up on my late night phone call from my 'health care provider'

My message sent to the plan, via FB, was answered and they called me to follow up. Turns out the 10 pm call did come from a call room service they use. The customer service rep I talked with let me know the plan looked into this, and are definitely going to do a follow up. They are not at ALL happy that this has happened, and that it happened to one of their retirees pushed that up, a notch. After all, I was their 'Employee of the Millennium! (This was a running joke between me, the HR department and top administration. I told them we have an employee of the month, and an employee of the year, so why NOT an employee of the millennium. Imagine my delighted surprise when I opened my retirement gift and it was a plaque awarding me that title. It was the perfect conclusion to a 15 year old running joke. It also told me that I was valued, as an employee, a little more than I felt, at times.)

I got a nice surprise, too, because the rep I talked to actually remembered me, although I've been retired for 5 years, we never actually met and worked in different departments, located on different floors. Hopefully she remembered me for a good reason.

So I am glad I sent them my complaint.
