that can do custom steel or iron work?

I have these adorable airplants that stand upright about eight to ten inches high. I thought they would look great displayed on an iron stake that was designed like a bird. It would be very simple steel or wrought iron work. Two round eyes, each about three inches wide. And a beak that sticks out. The parts can come together very rudimentary. I imagine it would look like a birdlike version of Beaker, from the muppets. The only extra piece needed would be something at the top of the eyes that would allow me to attach the airplants.
