My dad did them to keep his mind sharp and it worked for him. I'm not so sure about myself but it's worth a try and I find it to be a relaxing way to spend some time.

I used to do them when I subscribed to a daily newspaper, but I haven't done one since I cancelled my subscription.

They supply an app that allows user to print a copy.
Must have basic on-line subscription and you get the new ones every day.
I have been addicted for years.
