Which makes it impossible to get a foothold. Plus it can’t be cut. However, I’d think any reasonable sized person with strong arms could pull themselves up and hoist themselves over the top. They should have made it 10 feet.

But what do I know. I’m 5 foot 2 and just over seven decades. I’m not getting over it.

The holes are too small to use as footholds, and they are coated to make it hard to use friction. But a friend could probably give you a boost.
