Blue Ribbon Eels are so cool:

These colorful species are actually a species of the moray eel.

The ribbon eel is found in lagoons and reefs in the Indo-Pacific ocean, ranging from East Africa to southern Japan, Australia and French Polynesia.

They are carnivores that prey on small fish and other marine creatures that swim too close to their caves and hiding spots.

They grow to one meter / 3.3 feet in length and can live up to 20 years in the wild.
