(113,196 posts)But, it is typically the very very RW actors that I find difficult--not necessarily just Republicans, like Clint Eastwood or Bruce Willis, but those who have become sickening Trump sycophants (like Jon Voight )
Actresses who have gone full Trump admittedly bug me more and I'm not sure I will watch any of them.

Also, like to add Adam Sandler, loved him on SNL and enjoyed his first few movies. Now with at least a decade of awful movies under his belt. I'm embarrassed I laughed at any of his performance on SNL.

(9,107 posts)Got tired of her years ago. Seemed like every other movie trailer I saw was for a movie that she was in. I don't think that she's a bad actress but I don't think she's good or interesting enough of one to warrant her being cast in so many movies. These days I will pass on any movie I see her name on. Enough already.

(3,821 posts)I can still watch his early movies. His later movies are crap, him trying to be Bergman, De Sica, Godard and more.

It makes me wonder if she has ever formulated a world view.

He is a perfect example.of that no expression acting that some seem to see as stoic.
I really don't mind watching someone who is a good actor even if they have views I find repulsive.
Mel Gibson for one.
The politics of Susan Sarandon grates on me of the past few years. But I still love her movies.
Interesting with her, I have met both her and a character she played in Dead Men Walking, Sister Helen Prejean.
I used to really dislike Shia LaBeouf for his pretentious bad acting, but he has improved remarkably the last couple of projects.
He is apparently a horrible person, but there you go.
