I got my second dose of the Pfizer vaccination!

I was very excited to get it done. I'm considered to be an essential worker so I was able to get it.

I hope you are all able to get it soon.

I have an appointment on Sat to get my first dose of Moderna.
I am so excited too.

8. My arm hurt the day after the first dose but otherwise I felt good.

I don't feel that well after the second dose. I'm taking it easy for the next couple of days.

10. Yes that is the pattern.

First dose pretty easy.
Second dose not so much.

My daughter who is a nurse practitioner and takes care of Covid patients says that this is the normal reaction. The second dose illness is good news, it means our immune system is kicking in very well. And is now ready to fight future Covid infections.

Yes just take it easy...... and thankfully your immune system is doing a good job.

Yes I am so happy to have an appointment for first shot.

7. I feel pretty bad but I expected it.

Some people had told me that the second dose can make you feel a little sick. Fortunately, I have the next couple of days off from work.

I recommend not planning anything big the day after you get the second dose. It can be rough.
