A (now former) patient just came in, positive for COVID-19, and contacted just about every surface

she could reach.

She was diagnosed positive at one of the local emergency rooms this morning, and we didn't find out until after her rampage through the waiting room.

We threw her out, disinfected everything we could, reported it to the clinic manager, and banned her for life.

Goddamn some people...

What a dreadful way for her to behave.

I'm so sorry.

A week after 2nd dose isn’t enough but it is far far better than nothing. Hope the rest of the people around were also vaccinated.

I'm sorry to admit that it took me a couple minutes to overcome my disappointment at there being no magazines there to read, and to figure out the reason.

For a while, we had a TV monitor up in the waiting room, playing our organizational "This Is Who We Are" video on an endless loop.

Someone broke in one night and stole the monitor...

I have to wonder at the mentall state of one who would do that. And feel sorrow about it.

Nope! No TV, and that's fine with me. I don't use one aside from as a movie screen.

Should've brought a book, though.
