I hate chopping onions as when my eyes tear, my mascara runs and irritates my eyes even worse, not to mention smearing all over. I will give this a try.

I guess I should say, I love the smell, and I accept the tearing up as a side effect of the enjoyment.

Then again, I don't have to worry about ruining my makeup.

Also, you guys think chopping onions is bad? You should try drying out Thai Birdseye Chili's in your toaster oven, to make your own Thai chili powder
