Masks are a lot like pants

As I was running into Costco to pick up prescriptions yesterday, I found myself wondering how all these people who managed to wear pants that fit, somehow couldn’t wear masks that fit. Thinking about it, there are a lot of similarities.

Both pants and masks should...

...fully cover all relevant body parts.

...not need to be constantly pulled up to stay up.

...not get pulled down in public.

3. You laugh, but...

My cashier pulled down her mask to yell something to someone at the next register.

4. They finally opened our apartment.gym

Limited hours, reserved slots, one household at a time, etc. Oh, and you must wear a mask.

I had my first gym workout in ten months today and guess what? The mask was no big deal. I even forgot I had it on.

I hope that wouldn't happen with pants.
