I got an appointment for my COVID shot.
What a deal. The website was confusing. There were slots available for Monday (March 1) but it kept being weird, blinking in and out. So i tried for Tuesday March 2. I couldn't get in on any time slot. So i went to Wednesday and tried for mid afternoon and got to the next screen. Filled out my information clicked on confirm and nothing happened. My bad. I didn't check all boxes confirming my status and making promises. This has not been user tested. I know, I use to do user testing as a part of my job.
Rant over. I feel better.
There are only 900 slots available. I understand the supply will improve. Thank you President Biden!
