If you like watching skilled artisans at work

I recommend “Japanese Style Originator” on Netflix. Not sure what the title means. It’s set up like a game show but there are no prizes and little competition. It mostly introduces you to Japanese culture and traditions. There is a panel of five people (celebrities? don’t know, they are never introduced). My favorite segments are when they present three or four tools and/or ingredients and ask the panelists what is being made. Then they show the artisans at work and the final product: 500 kg. bronze temple bells, clay gargoyles, blown glass wind chimes, tofu, tempura, wood carvings, spinning tops, restoring futons, lacquerware, etc. many of the skills have been passed down several generations. Also segments on traditions and customs. I love it.
