so everything we had was Silvertone, Kenmore, or Craftsman.

Lots of stuff with the Kenmore and Craftsman brands, though. They are tearing down the Sears store in the first mall in Iowa. It was an anchor store from 1959 until they closed it a few years ago. Sears was Amazon before Amazon, and could have been again, but they stuck to the brick and mortar business model. It’s a shame.
