Had my first vaccine shot today

Got the first shot of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine at noon today at Walgreens.
Go back in 29 days for shot #2.

Some shoulder pain, but from what I read on my forums that goes away after a day.

I do seem to have a craving for some ice cream.

Got my 1st Pfizer yesterday!

Found it on the CDC vaccine locator & had it in my arm less than 24 hours later!

Just some mild arm discomfort here.

5. Keep refreshing site! I had to for about an hour to get my appt!

Then had pfizer in my arm in less than 24 hours! Worth the effort!

The CDC shows appointments at pharmacies, not mass vax sites.

I'm scheduled for my first shot of Moderna late Wednesday afternoon.

The second shot on March 31.

It took about a hundred hours refreshing websites to grab that appointment. I've been eligible for more than seven weeks.

Mine will be Moderna as well.

I hate needles. Did they have a lollipop for you? It used to make it all better for me, mumble mumble years ago. I never got ice cream.
