My little girl loved the Ponies, about 35 years ago. There was a Bride pony, but with no groom. They were all girls.

How exciting it was when the Big Brother Ponies finally galloped onto the scene, magnificently, with gruff male voices announcing their arrival! I don't remember where they had been, but they were back! Hooray!

Were all the jokes that would sail over the kiddies' heads, and the guest voice actors like series regular John DeLancie, and two times Weird Al voiced a character named Cheese Sandwich.
