2. Yes. I squeezed out the insides of the cloves, all nice and beige/brown,

onto the french bread slices before i added the cheese and salami. Yummy.

5. Try it with Brie

Spread the Brie on the bread first then squeeze the garlic on top.

7. My husband and I regularly eat the whole roasted garlic bulb.

I like to spread it on flatbread, instead of pizza sauce. Just smush it around all over.

Also delicious spread on a toasted hamburger bun, which is then filled with pulled pork.

The other people can move away if you smell too bad.

It develops a sweetness from the caramelization when roasted.
