Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsI just had my first whole roasted garlic bulb. Put it on charcuterie. Delicious.
How long do I need to stay away from other people while the smell comes out of every orifice and gland of my body? I can already feel it coming out of my eyes.

onto the french bread slices before i added the cheese and salami. Yummy.

Spread the Brie on the bread first then squeeze the garlic on top.

(12,904 posts)7. My husband and I regularly eat the whole roasted garlic bulb.
I like to spread it on flatbread, instead of pizza sauce. Just smush it around all over.
Also delicious spread on a toasted hamburger bun, which is then filled with pulled pork.
The other people can move away if you smell too bad.

It develops a sweetness from the caramelization when roasted.

alot so maybe i'm going to react worse to it.
