Feeling hopeful again, a bit*

I’d just like to point out that from an historical perspective, wow what a fascinating time to be alive during. Sad, unbelievable, I get lost in the emotions of COVID, Trump, it’s hard to be removed and gather your thoughts on it all. Right, so it’s not a happy “fascinating” in that, it’s so surreal, 500,000 dead. Kids in cages, etc... it does not bear repeating.

But, after past pandemics, periods of great reform usually followed, that’s where I’m feeling better. I’m thinking maybe this shit in Texas may pull some heads out of the sand on climate change. I think our arc as a species may be heading towards a more positive position? Right, I see a path forward, where ethics and morals do win out, and like we actually all take care of our physical space around us.
