Mine didn't hurt until I went to bed that night and rolled on that arm. It wasn't bad, and only lasted about two days at most.

Not sure if the two were totally related, but I have nothing else to attribute the sleepiness to.
We got the Pfizer.

I got my second dose of Moderna 2 weeks ago. About 8 hours after the second dose, I came down with flu-like symptoms. I was sick for about 10 hours. Afterwards, I'm fine. I hope your experience is less severe than mine!
