Easiest lasagna ever!

Ravioli lasagna:

Just layer frozen ravioli (I use the organic spinach ones from Costco) with sauce, veggies, crumbles (meat or veggie) and cheese. Takes literally 10 minutes.....Then bake it covered at 400 for 40-45 min. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven.

Viola!!

That being said, I never thought of this and it sounds awesome for a quick meal.

My husband asks for lasagna every now and again. I rarely make it because it's so much work. This will be great. And I love those ravioli from Costco.

Plus I can make it in a smaller pan for just the two of us so we don't get sick of eating it.

and lasagna freezes and reheats beautifully. Cut it into squares first and it's super easy for later.
