TBH though, I have to admit that my Netti-Pot gets a lot of use in the winter when the woodstove is used.
There's lots of dust when loading and cleaning that beast. But at least the Netti Pot 'drainage' goes right down the drain.
Unlike those Navage commercials where you need to... UGH... well, you get my drift.

One can breathe through the mouth while flushing the sinuses.

It may be because the water doesn't actually go that deep. It only cleans the front of the nose, where the two nostrils join.
No water goes down your throat.
I bought mine off eBay for $59. It was sold by the actual company. It was not used.
