Anyone else experiencing a delay in receiving fed tax refund this year?

As long as I can remember, I’ve alway received my refund about 10 days after electronically filing my federal tax year. This year, I filed on February 18. The IRS accepted my return the same day. As of today, March 10, I still haven’t received the refund.

2020 refund will be small too, about $200. Owed over $400 because of Trump. ProudMNDemocrat Mar 2021 #2

The Trump "tax cuts" for the middle class were a sham. I hope you get yours soon!

Husband collected Unemployment and Payroll taxes were not taken out as they should have been.

State refund will be about the same as Federal. Not a total loss for 2020.

They did accept my filing within 9 minutes, though. That was quick! Maybe they were happy to know I would be sending them money.

Last year I got both refunds in less than a week. This year I'm getting a federal refund, owe $200 to the state.

Already got my MA State refund about a week and a half ago. Like you, mine was accepted by the IRS almost right away.
