I'm also a fan of Declan McKenna ... a similarly-aged Brit mining a similar vein of music. I.E. classic rock lol ...

I adore the below performance ... and it was the kind of performance and song that I liked more and more every time I watched, which was like 10 times, I kinda hate to admit.

Also, a cool thing about this video is ... all the camera angles ... but you never see a camera in it.

With maybe a dash of Oasis thrown in.

I'm going to have to check out the rest of this guy's work.

Different aspects reminding me of each of them ... and Oasis is pretty much those three acts, so really we agree

For real tho if you hear it a couple times so that the 'hooks' set into your brain, it's really a catchy song. I didn't 'notice' the first time through cause there's so many changes but once you kinda 'know it' a little ... it's a grower of a tune for sure.

Edit: I forgot say ... there's definitely a bit of Queen in there ... Brian May in particular, but there's some Freddie flair too.

Wachtel has played with Linda Ronstadt, Stevie Nicks, Keith Richards, The Rolling Stones (lead guitar on "Saint of Me&quot , Jon Bon Jovi, James Taylor, Iggy Pop, Warren Zevon, Bryan Ferry, Michael Sweet, Jackson Browne, and Andrew Gold, both in the studio and live.

I think some of the best rock ever was Linda Ronstadt and him doing “Tumbling Dice”

I really enjoy him with Stevie. Her voice is still great. Waddy has that Les Paul hanging almost to the floor (they are heavy as hell to me). I also love the way he counts in every verse. I miss seeing live music.

Aa far as I'm concerned, anyone she invites to perform with her better damn well be on their top game. I think Styles is up to it.
