Now that Im vaccinated I want to go back to the stationary bike. Havent tried it yet though. You are giving me inspiration.

(67,909 posts)5. I got mine and started slowly, just 5 minutes in the a.m. and in the p.m. I have now worked up
to 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon. I can watch tv as I cycle. It helps when you are angry or frustrated or just hating the fat on your body.
You can take a lot out on the cycle...

Make sure you stretch out AFTER the workout especially and dont trip over the pile of clothes you pulled off the bike.
