noticed lately that his hair looks quite different?

Different color and cut? Not in the above pics, but in the the last few press interactions.
I don't think I like the new color and cut.

Looks like it's being cut closer to the skull now.

I could have told him that years ago. As a bald man, I realized pretty early on that the best look to go for was one that no one would mistake for a cover-up (a combover) or overcompensating (a ponytail). I just keep it buzz-cut close all over. Easy to manage, looks good...

Yes I like it on all other men.
But I think for some reason it looks odd on Biden, and it is darker in color.
Don't like it. Maybe I will get use to it.

A gifted teacher who just retired last year.

Biden looks good with a beard. But I don't want to be in a hurry to bring back hairy Presidents. Chester A. Arthur was considered handsome for his day (for some ungodly reason, no doubt), but his mutton-chops are very much no-go...
