Did you ever hear Nora's Catcerto? A composer from Lithuania wrote the piece, and it is quite delightful.

(34,189 posts)It turned out that the chinchillas my Dad had adopted as pets to save them from becoming furs, had gotten out of their cage and would run up and down the keyboard. They also sampled the ivory keys.
That week, the chinchillas were moved outside. I don't think it was the piano that bothered Mom but she was pissed that they ate her parlor palms.
We decided that chinchillas would be just fine in a Florida winter and made sure they were shaded well for the Florida summers.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
