7. In the art world it's called trompe l'oeil (fool the eye). This was a dirty trick...

for the driver who was fooled. No way his/her insurance company is not going to believe alcohol wasn't involved.

The artist did do a nice job though, and the Roadrunner's shadow on it is a nice touch.
