Channel 50 didn’t have enough power to reach that far.

Channels 7 and 14 came in better. I loved Marcia Yockey and Jerry Birge on ch 7.

He disagreed. We sat on the porch swing together after his meal of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and, I want to say, collards. He still had his iced tea with him. His assistant took his tea while we talked. He seemed kindly enough. Was polite. But there was a definite sneer about his tone from time to time. I was cheeky.

Our chicken was better.
