I have seen something about a sequel. Would love to see that happen.
Edit: You'd think I'd know how to spell "movies".

(34,108 posts)I did not know about this, bringing it up right now. It is a down day for me so I can just sit and chill and watch it. I never realized how much I actually loved that movie until I wanted to see it again and could not find it. I waited and waited then found it. Besides missing the hell out of Alan Rickman I loved watching it again. Now this? It is on youtube AND there is a doc about making it on Amazon Prime? Great down day for me. THANK YOU!

(34,108 posts)One of the characters, only named Fan #3 grew up a couple of houses away from my old house. He was just about done with High School when we moved there, I never knew him but I knew his parents. Funny, I never knew he was in this, even with a small part!

(182,791 posts)The second one I guess.
We watched Tim Allen do his run and roll bit - I guess wed rented it or something.
We were in a packed theater and MI was already not going well when Tom Cruise starts running and rolling etc. My wife and I cracked up. Lots of turn around stares and the usher came by to see if anything was wrong. We held on long enough so that the next laughing fit was covered by noise on screen or something.

(7,383 posts)The first time I watched it I had no idea what it was. Once I got past the 1st 20 minutes I was laughing so hard I had to pause it.
For any and all treky fans, this is the movie for you!

(3,626 posts)it is one of my all-time favs, too. It's one of those movies that, if I'm flipping through the channels and run across it, I will stop and watch 'til the end.
