My vague awareness of her of a year or so back was that she was a basket case, never having watched her, just tidbits about the controlling husband and who knows what contributing factors.

In the past few months, in the late night re-runs, after the (her) marital break-up, I kept up with the background noise including her show. At first it was repulsive about all the gossip and judgments she seemed to be launching at people/celebrities not known to me. And her audience and staff seemed incredibly sychophantic and enabling. And at first the nerve of her giving advice about relationships.

And yet, even more recently, she has started to make sense to me. Hmm (about me), ...
