i did have zebras for a while. funny little things.
i once made a nice little aviary for my budgies out of a dresser i picked up in the alley.
i can see turning some big armoire into a little colony of tweety things.

(11,562 posts)To the best of my recollection, the only birds I've seen that were that speckled were nowhere near as colourful. For some reason, I think of the finches Darwin observed in the Galapagos. These ones appear to be Mardi Gras-ready.
