the Kindergarten class I was working in went to Sea World. The two regular classroom teachers walked off the bus and into the park without turning around. I was afraid the kids would get lost but the experienced teachers told me that they are like little ducklings and they are afraid of getting lost and always follow the teacher. They were right. I taught 1st grade for 15 years and never lost a kid on a field trip. All the parent helpers were like me on my first trip. On the way home in the bus the parents and kids fell asleep, year in year, out.

like racoons. Then of course they have to march the babies across the road when they are ready to swim. Often with the help of the police. This diving in your video is so cute. There are usually ducks and ducklings on the island my dad's nursing home is on. Two years ago there was a racoon on the island. Hopefully the ducks are there this year. Last year was quarrantine so we did not get to go for a walk with dad. We have cracked corn for the little guys. I'm all ready for duckling cuteness. Those babies get really aggressive as they grow and will chase other birds away in their hunger. Fun for Dad too.
