I loved Shang Chi. I thought Ironfist was a bore. But I'm holding out for Millie the Model.

...even back in the 70s, when Marvel had all sorts of martial arts characters, Shang Chi was a bore. Iron Fist, thanks to Chris Claremont, was much more interesting. And that was all *fifty* years ago. Who's next--Brother Voodoo? Or Deathlok the Demolisher?

to get Asian, Black, and all other types of underrepresented types of characters onto the screen.
Shang-Chi has the potential to do as well as the Black Panther did culturally (it might monetarily also except for covid.)
PS. Marvel did Iron Fist on Netflix and it was a dud.
