This is the new arrival Feral. It is VERY skittish. I'm surprised I even got a photo

In person, it has the most beautiful long, black and copper fur. Absolutely stunning. Hopefully I can get this one habituated to my presence, like I have with the original Skittish Kitty. Who is less and less skittish, every day, so I might have to come up with a new name.

So sad. One so wants to be friendly, but freaks out when it realizes I'm petting it.

They pretty much need to learn how to interact with humans at the right stage of life from what I've read.

8. I had the same thought. Of course, it might be the winter coat ready to shed, as well.

The feral kitty I feed was looking kinda rough a couple weeks ago, but she looks better as she is losing her winter coat.
