1. I have the same glitch!

2. I avoid Zoom

Couldn't get it to run on my desktop. Ya think no camera, no microphone might have something to do with that?
On my phone I locked out apps getting access to mic or camera so Zoom won't work and I don't know how to re-enable them for apps.
My laptop should do it, but I can't find my Microsoft password to get into the app store.
One of my tablets will do Zoom, but the verifying password and test emails were sent to an email address only accessible from my desktop.

Yeah, I could probably figure it out if I had a good enough reason to do it, but I don't really want to do Zoom, so I haven't.

3. Dunno why it wouldn't work, but as you say, who cares?

I don't have a camera on my personal machine, and I talk through headphones, and that's as much of a concession as I'll make.

4. One group I'm in has the ability to call in

But every meeting they've sent the link, I have something else going on.

Maybe we can go back to meeting in person next fall and I can catch up with everybody. We usually don't meet over the summer so there is only one more meeting to miss for this year.

Though I thought I had it figured out: Simon's Cat was going to do a Fat Freddy's Cat on the laptop instead of in a shoe.
