I actually did think they would make it. If only they had one more person (and rope), they might have made it. However, I don't think there cart would have been able to move with all the weight on it!

The thing weighed a ton. Big chunk of ceramic.

The steel grill I got is lighter, cheaper, and (because it uses propane) quicker and easier.

The ceramic egg probably makes better tasting food, but I'm just too lazy to fuss with various species of charcoal and wood.

Too much of everything -weight, fuss, my old age, space. Got a cheap gas grill, probably not as good, but living with it.
