Most Thorns fans would like other NWSL teams to build their fan bases, too. A stable league with strong franchises is in everyone's interest. Houston seems like it's headed in the right direction, and they've got a good team to support. Seattle (sorry, "OL Reign" ) doesn't appear to respect its fans very much, and while Portland likes thumping the Reign, a rivalry requires both teams to win from time to time.

But yeah, Thorns fans enjoy the same general reputation as Yankees fans.
