On my way to the office today I was on the service road on the Long Island Expressway behind a guy in a white Bentley convertible holding up his phone and videotaping his trip. The whole time between Exits 51and 48. Pretty scary.
And I thought the woman driving with a parrot on her shoulder was weird.

Or she and the parrot have a good relationship and drive together ok.
Parrot might like watching all the stuff go by.
I know my Cat Rustle loved to ride in a car.
He was an awesome Cat. Well behaved in the car.
People loved seeing him watching stuff go by in the window. Didn't hurt that he was freaking adorable too.
As for the fool in the bentley he was
dangerous. I'm glad nothing happened.

(115,922 posts)I have recollection of a DU post from some years ago about a cat named Rustle, singing in the sun. It was such a great image, and I love the name.

I really thought it was Sparkle singing, but it was Rustle singing to the sun.
Yeah on DU my original name was Underground panther.
I got locked out of my account when DU got hacked. I had to start a new account so I decided to be I underground panther.

Never heard a cat make such cute and beautiful sounds as Rustle did. No cat before him or the cats I had after him. He was my soul cat. I've had/ have 4 soul cats in my life and I love them still and love them now with all my heart.
Here is what Rustle looked like. He was a chonky boi. Flaring his whiskers for the camera. He was such a ham.
