Make it be a Republican Governor/Legislator in the lead with a nurse right next to him or even better a nurse of color right after him, then a teacher and a packing plant person or some version of the working class folks repugs are trying to kill for their own profit.

the message that you want them to. They would just see the people behind the leader as dummies who agree with him.

Maybe show onlookers in the background wearing masks and the people marching into the sea throwing them away.

Or, people in the background getting vaccines while the ones marching into the sea are saying, "Nope, not me."
