5. Have you tried Ebay?

I used to buy old books through ebay until I had to admit I had an addiction. I'll look at them now, but won't bid.

From what I remember, most sellers are quick to respond to questions and can be helpful. Just need to be careful and check the reviews. Most will also mention if they'll ship internationally in their profiles.

8. Have you tried talking with the owner of a bookstore in a city near you? They might be able to order

...for you, direct from the publisher in the US.

It’s worth a try. Meanwhile, keep trying Amazon sellers. In the past I ordered many books from AmazonUK, and not everyone wanted to post to the US from there, so I had to keep trying.

Best of luck!

While they do say:

Rest of the World

New books are not eligible to be shipped outside the US.
Foreign Shipping Costs Standard Shipping
Days: 7-14 business days*
For each item: Pricing and eligibility calculated during checkout. Not available in all regions.

You may be able to find a gently used copy that could be shipped to you. I've had really good experiences with ordering from Thriftbooks inside the US, but I cannot speak to how well their service is for customers abroad.
