Got the second shot this morning, and no side effects.

Now if only my ribs would stop hurting.

4. Mine kicked in about 12 hours or so later.

I had Moderna — people I know who had Pfizer or J&J had little reaction. It felt like a bad case of flu at its worst — there were moments when I started to regret getting it. But then I remembered the alternatives, and all those people who didn’t live to see a vaccine. Then I felt damn lucky.

10. Same here. I had serious chills later that night and the next day

And felt awfully woozy when I first got up. But it didn't last much longer than that and my minimal discomfort was also mitigated by my gratitude at finally gotten the vaccine. And this happened only after shot #2. I also got the Moderna and those I know who got the Pfizer have only had a slightly sore arm - and my one friend said she couldn't stay awake...
