..I often wondered how i would explain my smart phone to someone from the past.. 1991 doesnt seem that long ago!

there are apps for weather channels and fire/police channel scanning.
The 3-way speaker w/ the 15" woofer, though....my phone still has to be plugged into some kind of amp or bluetoothed to some kind of amp connected to a 3-way speaker with a 15" woofer to sound that good. That being said, those Radio Shack 3-way speakers were atrocious sounding, but relatively cheap.
