Found this online:
Arnolds Drive-In was originally Arthurs Restaurant at 1001 S. Victory Blvd., Burbank, CA, in the pilot and first (few?) episodes.

(53,054 posts)I'm thinking here...at the start of the series Arnold's was owned by Pat Morita. He had a Japanese name in the series but assumed "Arnold" as a nickname after he found out what it would have cost to buy new signage. Then he sold it to Al Molinaro, who either figured there was no point in changing a good thing or found out what it would cost to patch the holes in the restaurant walls after changing "Arnold's" to "Al's."

(32,842 posts)(there were only 13 episodes made)
It starred Mark Valley as an American police detective a loaned to Scotland Yard, and the very beautiful Sienna Miller as his British roommate.
I loved it back in 2003 and I now own the 13 episodes, which I watch often.
If you get a chance to watch it, you should do so, imo.

(Very creative production)
Plus, it's mostly a comedy, so it's fun to watch.
