Curious, are the humming birds tending to their families now, i've noticed not as much activity

1. Apocalypse

The animals always know before we do that something bad is going to happen. August 13th is quickly approaching and the wild animals are preparing.

2. I saw the first two yesterday,

last year I had literal swarms at my feeders, from late May through the summer. I'm in southern New England.

Of course my Trumpy Bear neighbor says 5G killed them all....

3. I've only seen one so far in SE Pa

I’ve noticed a steep decline in the number of birds, in general, over the past two years. 😥

However, we’ve noticed a lot more honey bees and bumble bees too!

5. Ours are feeding on crocosmia flowers

6. Mine, too. They sure love those blossoms

They also like the salvia, crepe myrtles, and other blooms that are going now in my flower beds. I wish it would stop raining for one day so I could get some pictures of the flowers, if not the birds and bees!

7. I have a constant parade of hummingbirds

at my feeder with almost daily hummer wars. There seem to be quite a few more females than males.

8. Hummingbird chicks need protein from insects, spiders, as well as other nutrients from natural...

sources. When they are fully fledged, you should see them visiting your feeders as they begin to explore.
