Both of these were dog's years ago. I had lunch with my rich aunt and uncle at Claridge's in London one time. Can't remember the name of the restaurant.

The other was Maxim's in Paris with some friends.

Both were fun and great experiences

Pretty upscale steak house. By the look of it, it's the premier dining spot for the Toronto mob and their molls.

My brother and I had dinner there our first night in Toronto. He was springing for the hotel room, so I promised to pick up the dinner tab. We asked the cab driver at the airport for a great place to eat, and he recommended Harbour 60.

The place was dimly lit, and every table seemed to have couples dressed in fine evening wear.

The food was absolutely out of this world, and the service impeccable.

The bill was enormous, of course, but I soldiered on without comment, since my brother paid for the room, plane tickets, and cab fare.

I won't tell you the final charge, but it inspired me to leave the largest tip I've ever given: $80.

Fantastic experience...

the 95th, which is on top of the hancock bldg was a great gig. washed lettuce looking out at the skyline.

also worked for a place called 'gordon', which was the 1st great chicago restaurant of the modern age. amazing joint.

I'm a "hole in the wall" type diner so I could tell you about all the dives that are good

did have the pleasure of being in NOLA in 2012 when "Revolution" opened... I think our bill was about $800 (3 people), but it was fun! excellent drinks

World famous restaurant that grows its own spices! The food is to die for! Not too fancy, but yes, world famous!
