Office vent. Need to downsize...oh, but this space is too small!
Now I know how those people on HGTV feel.
People are working from home so there's no need for a large office space any more. But it still needs to be big enough in the event people want to get together or work a few days here and there.
Also, it needs to be less expensive than what we pay. Which kinda makes sense if you are talking about a smaller space.
But when you look at a small space, the comments are: this feels so small! Where would we put stuff?
When we look at one that's slightly smaller and less expensive than current space, comments are: this is still too big. We don't need to pay for all this square footage.
So just like those idiots on HGTV, what they really want is the same space for a lot less money. That rarely happens.
I guess it makes sense to just keep paying for an empty office and parking.
