Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsI had a dream last night that I was tickling Sir Patrick Stewart's feet.
I can't find that reference in my dream dictionary.
Anybody care to speculate what that means?
(PS: the situation was NOT sexual!! And I do NOT have a foot fetish!!)

(7,722 posts)Some interpreters think that in such an unusual way release from excessive nervous tension occurs in a dream. If the tickling feeling caused real euphoria, dream interpretation is sure: after such a plot things will certainly go smoothly.
If you plan to start some project, tickling in a dream calls for maximum concentration, because the undertaking will be fraught with various difficulties and with insufficient effort may result in a complete defeat.
A pleasant tickling in a dream symbolizes a joyful meeting after a long separation. If the dream atmosphere was not very bright, this event will be a little sad.
If the tickling felt pleasant, this means everything is working as you planned. Having negative feelings from tickles means you will have to show resistance to rather rough pressure.
It could be that you like or it relaxes you to hear Patrick's laugh

(4,044 posts)Did you call him sir? Patrick? Pat? Captain?
Did he say, "Make it so"? Or was it your idea?

(27,223 posts)It was a really brief thing, not a long, drawn out "story" kind of dream.
I don't remember that we exchanged words at all.

I've seen every ep multiple to many times.
I've read that they went through much effort to hide his hands.
Anyway, this OP is about Picard's toes, not Scotty's fingers.
The TNG ep where Picard and Scotty meet is one of my favorites.

(42,001 posts)Gary Burghoff has a hand that has a deformity and they went to great lengths to hide it. There are moments when it was seen but youd have to be looking for it.

(63,260 posts)I don't remember show titles, but one was a "Dear Dad" episode, with a musical number by Colonel Blake and his Swinging Surgeons, while another was a USO episode with an extended (and excellent) drum solo by Corporal O'Reilly.
